Confirm that your names are on the Graduation list posted on the Polytechnic Website.

Graduation Gown fee is Ksh. 2,000. Note: Your Polytechnic Admission Number is Mandatory when paying.

HOW TO PAY

Pay the Graduation Fees as follows:

Go to MPESA Menu
Select Lipa na M-pesa
PayBill No.: 247247

e.g if your Admission number is 29367: Account will be 473819#29367

COLLECT RECEIPT

Get Original Payment Receipt from the Finance Office
NB: Clear your fee balance before collection of Gown

REGISTER ATTENDANCE

Fill this Google Form and submit by clicking the below link to confirm your physical attendance on the graduation day

COLLECT GOWN

Collect your Gown between Teusday 2^ndDecember and Saturday 6^th December 2025 at your Department using the Original Graduation fee payment receipt and your Original National ID NB: No issuance of Gowns on Graduation Day

REHEARSAL

Attend the graduation Rehearsal on 7^thDecember 2025

GRADUATION

Graduate on 8^th December 2025 at the Polytechnic Grounds from 8.30AM

RETURN GOWN

Immediately after graduation upto 16^th December 2025 at the Departments. Late return will attract a penalty of KSh. 300 per day of late return.

MISSING FROM GRADUATION LIST

If you are missing from the list, avail yourselves at the exaination office. Make sure to carry result slips that do not have reffer for verification against the KNEC portal | CBET | NITA | MNP | CDACC
